About The Trainer

Brian Mcnulty is a Battalion Chief with the Milwaukee Fire Department. He is the Lead Instructor for Conway Shield and instructs with Leadership Under Fire and has instructed at FDIC. Without an ego or personal agenda, Brian fully involves students in hands-on problem-solving and critical high-stress thinking. He ventured into training after attending frustrating courses led by instructors who lacked real-world application of the skills they presented.
