Our legacy is rooted in three generations of firefighting. Paul J. Conway, our founder and former Assistant Fire Chief of the Milwaukee, WI Fire Department, built upon the foundation laid by his father, Charles B. Conway, who served with dedication for 34 years as a firefighter and Fire Chief. Paul’s firsthand experience in the field shaped his unwavering commitment to providing first responders with the highest-quality equipment, ensuring they have the tools needed to perform their duties safely and effectively.
