Why Chief's Choice Turnout Gear Wash Cleaner?
Chief's Choice has D-limonene in the formula which is what removes carcinogens and heavy soiling. Chief's Choice has a pH of 8.0 which falls within NFPA 1851 standards and aligns with most manufactures recommendations for gear wash detergent.
Directions for Use
Light Soil - Use 2oz or Gear Wash inside of the washing machine tray.
Heavy Soil - Use 4oz of Gear Wash inside of the washing machine tray.
Hand Wash - Use 4oz of Gear Wash per gallon of water in a bucket. Apply solution with a soft bristle brush, brushing in, let sit for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Hose - Use the same hand wash mixture above to keep your hose clean.
